Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Pancakes are a Saturday morning special, when there is time to stand at the stove and watch your pancakes cook. Arranging all the ingredients for the Pancake batter is always the quickest part of making pancakes, the time investment is standing at the stove waiting to flipping pancakes. The best thing about this recipe is that it is for a single serving, there are just three quick pancakes to cook before breakfast is done and you are enjoying your protein filled pancakes.

Vanilla Protein Pancakes

1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
1/2 Cup Oats (Blended)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Milk

  1. Blend oats in a blender and stir dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix well (batter will be thick).
  2. Heat pan on medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray and slowly spoon batter into pan. Cook time will vary, mine took about a minute and 30 seconds before I flipped them. Top with fruit and pure maple syrup
